Top Decor Ltd was formed by Dave Sheppard and Martin Hill, who with over 20 years experience, worked as self employed decorators, sub-contractors and as sole traders, gaining vital experience and returning clientelle.

We offer a fully insured, professional and reliable service and aim to be competitive on price.  We can quote from site visits, bill of quantities, plan and spec. 

Our Health and Safety procedures are up to date and C.O.S.H.H, method statement and risk assessments are provided.
